In an Emergency:
If you or someone you know is at-risk for immediate harm to yourself or someone else, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

 

In a Crisis:
If you or someone you know is at risk for harm to self or others and you want to talk to a mental health specialist immediately, call one of the crisis numbers listed below.

     This crisis and referral service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is operated by

     Santa Barbara County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Service (ADMHS). ACCESS/CARES

     provides crisis intervention for adults age 20 and over.

 

     SAFTY

     Safe Alternatives for Treatment of Youth (SAFTY) is a 24-hour 7-days- a-week crisis service     

     that specializes in providing immediate response and support for individuals age 21 and

     younger. The service is operated by Casa Pacifica.
